Product Details
Features of ZhewitraZhewitra is an ED treatment medication designed to improve symptoms of erectile dysfunction (ED).
The product contains the same active ingredient as the globally best-selling Levitra, characterized by its distinctive orange round tablets.
Effects of Zhewitra
The main ingredient, vardenafil, inhibits PDE-5 (phosphodiesterase type 5)—an enzyme that hinders erectile function.
PDE-5 breaks down cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), which is essential for erection.
When cGMP is continually degraded, it leads to an inability to achieve an erection, a condition known as ED (erectile dysfunction).
Vardenafil specifically inhibits PDE-5, effectively dilating penile blood vessels and relaxing the smooth muscles of the corpus cavernosum.
Through vasodilation and muscle relaxation, it promotes increased blood flow into the penile tissue, thereby inducing erection.
Compared to the ingredients in Viagra or Cialis, it has better water solubility, resulting in faster onset of action.
Its efficacy remains unaffected by meals containing less than 700 kcal with fat content not exceeding 30%.
Duration of Effect
Although the effect lasts for 5 to 10 hours, note that it does not force an erection—sexual stimulation is still required to trigger the response.
Specifications
Available in three dosages: 20mg, 40mg, and 60mg.
First-time users are advised to use a pill cutter and start with half a dose.
Other Advantages
While maintaining equivalent efficacy to Levitra, it offers significant cost advantages and high cost-effectiveness.

Usage Instructions
Timing of Administration
The correct way to take Jevitra is on an empty stomach, 20 minutes to 1 hour before sexual activity.
After the first dose, the next dose should be taken at least 24 hours apart.
Recommended Dosage
Zhewitra sold on this site comes in three strengths: 20mg/40mg/60mg.
For first-time users or those sensitive to medication, it is recommended to use a pill cutter to divide the tablet into smaller 10mg doses for initial use.
If 10mg shows insufficient effect, the dose may be increased to 20mg. Adjust to the appropriate dose according to individual response.
Note: Some users take double or triple the recommended dose seeking stronger effects, but this does not enhance efficacy.
The maximum single dose for sexual activity is 20mg.
For smaller individuals, 10mg/20mg doses may achieve the desired effect.
Zhewitra with 40mg/60mg active ingredients is suitable for larger-built foreign males.
Recommended Starting Dose
For first-time users of vardenafil (Jevitra's active ingredient), a 10mg dose is recommended.
Food Interactions
Zhewitra is less affected by food intake.
The manufacturer specifies: meals containing approximately 700 calories with less than 30% fat content will not impact efficacy.
Vardenafil (Jevitra's active ingredient) is water-soluble, allowing rapid onset of action.
Taking the medication 30 minutes before meals ensures optimal absorption and minimizes food interference.
If taken after meals, maintain a 2-hour interval before dosing.
Incomplete digestion may hinder drug absorption.
Special note: High-fat meals like barbecues or fried foods may require over 2 hours for digestion, so fasting administration is preferable.
Once absorbed, dietary restrictions no longer apply.
Alcohol Interaction
While compatible with alcohol, its vasodilatory effects may accelerate intoxication. Avoid excessive drinking.
Contraindications
- Patients with cardiovascular diseases (heart or vascular disorders) who should avoid sexual activity
- Those with severe liver impairment
- Hypotensive patients or untreated hypertensive patients
- Individuals with a history of stroke, cerebral hemorrhage, or myocardial infarction within the past 6 months
※Always follow medical advice when taking medication.
Side Effects
Main Side Effects
The main side effects include: decreased blood pressure due to vasodilation, eye congestion, facial flushing, palpitations, nasal congestion, etc.
These symptoms are believed to be caused by vasodilatory effects and may alleviate when penile blood flow increases with enhanced sexual desire.
Special Symptoms
Specific visual abnormalities may occur, such as viewing objects as if wearing blue-tinted glasses or difficulty distinguishing between blue and green colors.
In most cases, these are temporary phenomena that require no concern. However, if significant vision loss occurs, there may be a risk of non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION).
If sudden severe vision decline or vision loss occurs, consult an ophthalmologist immediately.
Additionally, if a painful erection persists for more than 4 hours, there may be a risk of priapism (persistent erection).
If an erection lasts longer than 4 hours, seek immediate medical attention.
※What is NAION?
This condition occurs when blood supply to the optic nerve is interrupted, leading to dysfunction or necrosis of optic nerve cells. Although the causal relationship remains unclear, a weak correlation with ED medication usage has been identified.
※What is Priapism?
Priapism, also known as persistent erection, is a condition where the penis remains erect and cannot return to its normal state or does so with extreme difficulty. It is primarily caused by dysfunction of the penile arterial system. If an erection persists for more than 4 hours without subsiding, seek professional medical treatment immediately.
Prohibited Drug Combinations
Contraindicated Combinations
Contraindicated drugs refer to medications that interact with Jevitra and are prohibited from concurrent use.
- Nitrates and NO donors (Nitroglycerin, Amyl nitrite, Isosorbide dinitrate) – Combination may enhance hypotensive effects.
- Amiodarone hydrochloride (Ancaron tablets) – Combination may intensify QT interval prolongation caused by amiodarone hydrochloride.
- CYP3A4 inhibitors (Antifungals, HIV medications, Telithromycin, Nefazodone, Ketoconazole, Itraconazole, Ritonavir, Saquinavir, Nelfinavir, Atazanavir, etc.) – May lead to increased plasma concentration and prolonged half-life of this drug.
- Nirmatrelvir/Ritonavir (Paxlovid)
- Emtricitabine (Zocoba)
Drugs Requiring Caution
These refer to medications requiring special attention when used concomitantly with Jevitra.
- Grapefruit (including juice) – Contains furanocoumarins which inhibit metabolic enzyme activity, delaying drug breakdown. May cause excessive absorption of drug components, leading to intensified effects or increased side effects.
- Antihypertensive drugs – As Jevitra has hypotensive effects, concurrent use may cause temporary dizziness, unsteadiness, or other symptoms of low blood pressure.
